1) OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

* UNIVERSAL STUDIOS/HOLLYWOOD BOWL/HEART OF HOLLYWOOD:

Walking Distance to Universal Studios! 15 minute walk to their Lankershim Blvd. Entrance! Also, the house is within a 10 minute drive to the Hollywood Bowl, so we'd be a perfect location for any & all Hollywood Bowl events during their yearly schedule! Definitely consider staying with us while you're in town & attending a Hollywood Bowl event! Lastly, the home is a 10/15 minute drive MAX into the heart of Hollywood, where you can walk around & explore the Hollywood Walk Of Fame & the abundance of different shops & places to eat along Hollywood Blvd., including the shops in the Ovation Hollywood center. Going to the Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum, seeing a movie at the TCL Chinese Theatre, hiking in Runyon Canyon Park, getting tickets to a Broadway musical at Pantages Theatre, and sifting through endless records at the Amoeba Music record store are just a few of the countless things to do around the Hollywood area, as well.

** NO GUEST ACCESS TO THE GARAGE:

Per homeowners request. Homeowner is using the garage for storage while out of state. The driveway can fit a compact size car easily, as well as provide a snug fit for most regular sized sedans & SUV's. There are also NO restrictions on street parking in the area, and street parking is plentiful usually any time of day.

*** PETS AND SMOKING:

Sorry, but there are no pets & no smoking allowed at all at this property. Outside or inside. No exceptions. Smoking & pet cleanup fees will apply if it's found that smoking or having pets occurred during any guest bookings.

**** MID-TERM/LONG-TERM BOOKING NOTE:

If you're interested in booking the house on a monthly basis, or for multiple months, please still reach out & inquire about your desired dates even if they don't appear as available on the calendar. Long term bookings may still be considered on a case by case basis, even if the calendar shows them as blocked off.

***** BIDET:

For guests interested in the amenity, there is a bidet in the en-suite primary/master bathroom (should be visible in some of the listing photos, as well).

****** INFANTS/NEWBORNS/YOUNG CHILDREN:

If you are traveling with a newborn, infant, or any young child, and may need use of a high chair and/or a travel crib/pack & play during your stay, you must request those items to be provided in the house at least a few days in advance of your check-in date. If this is ignored, it's possible these items won't be available during your stay due to short notice. Again, it is a guest/guests responsibility to ask for these things in advance if they will be needed. Thank you.

2) GUEST ACCESS:

Entire house access. House is accessed via house keys, which are retrieved from a lockbox by the front door. Lockbox code, along with all check in notes & instructions, will be given to guests prior to check-in on their check-in day.

3) INTERACTION WITH GUESTS:

We like to give our guests space & privacy, but are available when needed via call or text! Please expect either longer periods between responses, or texts/calls back in the morning if you are in a situation where you need to reach out to us late at night. If we are awake during later/nighttime hours, we will do our best to respond back to you as soon as possible!
