Brand new kitchen & bathrooms, above ground hot tub, expansive front yard w/ outdoor lounge areas, fire pit, and BBQ grill are the standout amenities available to guests at this property! You'll have off street parking for at least 2 cars, maybe 3, depending on car size. And street parking, if needed, is usually plentiful any time of day. The house gets great natural light during the day, and the central AC & Heat works extremely well. Central San Fernando Valley location puts you just over the hill from bustling areas of interest such as Hollywood, West Hollywood, and Los Feliz, to name a few, plus places you within short drives of most areas of interest with the Valley area, as well.

1) OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
* NOTE ON PETS:
Pets (Dogs and/or Cats) may be considered on a case by case basis, dependent on factors such as size, breed, age, and personality, to name a few. Pets may be subject to an additional pet fee AND/OR pet security deposit, as well.
** SMOKING:
Smoking is allowed OUTSIDE the home only. Additionally, there will be a $200 (refundable) smoking deposit. Smoking deposit will be refunded after your stay as long as there is no evidence that you smoked inside the house (which is, again, against our rules) & as long as there is no smoking paraphernalia, cigarette butts, vape sticks, wrappers, cartridges, etc etc. left behind in the outside areas. Please monitor, clean up, and throw away any evidence of you/your group's smoking habit before your final check out! No exceptions!
*** LONG TERM BOOKING NOTE:
If you're interested in booking the house on a monthly basis, or for multiple months, please still reach out and inquire about your desired dates even if they don't appear as available on the calendar. HOUSE IS AVAILABLE FOR SHORT TERM, MID TERM, AND LONG TERM RENTAL PERIODS. Just let us know your desired rental length!
**** INFANTS/NEWBORNS/YOUNG CHILDREN:
If you are traveling with a newborn, infant, or any young child, and may need use of a high chair and/or a travel crib/pack & play during your stay, please note that these items are now available for guests at the house. Please ask us about these items if you think you will need to use them during your stay though, so we know to leave them in a visible spot upon arrival. Thank you!
***** PARKING:
Parking spaces are uncovered and, if looking at the front of the house from the street, are located on the left side of the house. Please see the listing photos and find the photo of the house taken from the street, for a visual on where the driveway is for the house and thus where you will park your vehicles during your stay.
****** Blackout curtains now in all bedrooms, in case that is a point of interest for any potential guests!

3) GUEST ACCESS:
Entire house access. House is accessed via a smart lock on the front door, and guests will have a valid access code for the duration of their booking.

4) INTERACTION WITH GUESTS:
We like to give our guests space & privacy, but are available when needed via call or text! Please expect either longer periods between responses, or texts/calls back in the morning if you are in a situation where you need to reach out to us late at night. If we are awake during later/nighttime hours, we will do our best to respond back to you as soon as possible!
