1) THE SPACE:
Within 15 minutes drive to your favorite event, game, or concert at SoFi Stadium or the Kia Forum?? That's us.
Within 10 minutes drive to Playa del Rey Beach & Dockweiler State Beach?? That's us.
Are you a parent of a student attending Loyola Marymount, or an individual/individuals conducting work or business at the University & need to stay close to campus?? That's us.
Are you a part of a larger, traveling group of co-workers or business partners conducting business on the Westside, and prefer to stay close to the LAX Airport so traveling to or from the Airport is a quick, hassle free experience?? That's us again.
Do you want to be near all that Venice has to offer, but don't want to necessarily pay the higher price tags that Venice rentals typically try to squeeze out of you?? We have you covered.
When you stay with us here at our rental in Westchester, just know that you'll be within a 15 minute drive of most areas of interest that the bustling, vibrant neighborhoods of the Westside have to offer. With a total of 7 beds, and the permitted ability to host up to 8 total adult guests, we are a great option for larger groups or families looking for a more accommodating rental for their travel & lodging needs.

2) OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
* NOTE ON PETS:
Pets (Dogs and/or Cats) may be considered on a case by case basis, dependent on factors such as size, breed, age, and personality, to name a few. Pets may be subject to an additional pet fee AND/OR pet security deposit, as well.
** SMOKING:
Smoking is allowed OUTSIDE the home only. There is a REFUNDABLE smoking deposit charged prior to check in as well, which will be refunded after your stay as long as there is no evidence that you smoked inside the house (which is, again, against our rules) & as long as there is no smoking paraphernalia, cigarette butts, vape sticks, wrappers, cartridges, etc etc. left behind in the outside areas. Please monitor, clean up, and throw away any evidence of you/your group's smoking conduct while at the house before your final check out! Thank you!
*** LONG TERM BOOKING NOTE:
If you're interested in booking the house on a monthly basis, or for multiple months, please still reach out and inquire about your desired dates even if they don't appear as available on the calendar. HOUSE IS AVAILABLE FOR SHORT TERM, MID TERM, AND LONG TERM RENTAL PERIODS. Just let us know your desired rental length & we'll see if we can work with you!
**** INFANTS/NEWBORNS/YOUNG CHILDREN:
If you are traveling with a newborn, infant, or any young child, and may need use of a high chair and/or a travel crib/pack & play during your stay, you must request those items to be provided in the house at least a few days in advance of your check-in date. If this is ignored, it's possible these items won't be available during your stay due to short notice. Again, it is a guest/guests responsibility to ask for these things in advance if they will be needed. Thank you.
***** HEATING/AC NOTE:
Although there is a central heating system & ceiling vents throughout this house, the central system currently DOES NOT work & won't be fixed/upgraded for some time. Please note, there is NO CENTRAL AC available for this house either.
Despite these things, the house being pretty close to the ocean means you can usually get a nice sea breeze in the area at most points in the day, so opening a few windows usually allows a nice breeze to sweep through the house & helps with cooling & ventilation when needed.
In addition, please note THERE ARE CEILING FANS IN ALL 3 BEDROOMS as well for additional cooling/air flow when needed. And just to be sure we have all bases covered, we also provide a FEW PORTABLE, STAND UP FANS for our guests, as well as a FEW PORTABLE HEATERS/HEATING UNITS if needed at night or whenever it gets too cold during guest bookings.

3) GUEST ACCESS:
Entire house access. House is accessed via a smart lock on the front door, and guests will have a valid access code for the duration of their booking.

4) INTERACTION WITH GUESTS:
We like to give our guests space & privacy, but are available when needed via call or text! Please expect either longer periods between responses, or texts/calls back in the morning if you are in a situation where you need to reach out to us late at night. If we are awake during later/nighttime hours, we will do our best to respond back to you as soon as possible!
