About The Host

Thank you for coming across our properties & listings! Established in late 2022, and based in Los Angeles, CA, Breathe Deeper Rentals aims to be another prominent & major player in the "rental management for short-term & vacation rentals" space.

We strive to provide clean & well cared for home & property rentals, and it's our goal to provide exceptional alternative housing options for larger families & groups that might need a little more space or desire a bit more privacy than what a boutique or chain hotel can usually provide. Most properties on our site are available for an array of rental needs or booking periods, and we welcome temporary or insurance housing companies, corporate travel planners, and studios or companies looking to secure filming or photoshoot locations, to reach out to us, in addition to the usual families or friend/work groups who may need housing in a location where we have an available rental.

Also, when you stay at a Breathe Deeper Rentals hosted property, please know that you are renting from an AirBnB verified Superhost & team, committed to doing our best to try & make your stay as enjoyable & comfortable as possible. We hope to host you soon!

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you require a refundable security deposit in order to rent a property?

Yes, when booking directly with us, we will need to charge and hold a security deposit for the duration of your booking/rental period. Security deposit amounts vary based on property & the length of time you are renting a property. Security deposits must be transferred/paid prior to your check-in day.

Do you allow pets at your properties?

Most of our properties do allow pets, yes, although a small security deposit will be required to bring pets into a house, as well. Pets allowed are limited to dogs & cats only. Any other type of animal or pet is not allowed. Sorry! Refundable pet deposits also may vary based on size, breed, pet behavior/personality, and so on. If we say pets are NOT allowed at a certain property, please respect this rule and refrain from bringing pets to the property. The refundable security deposit would apply to any pets deemed "service" or "emotional support animals" as well. We reserve the right to also ask for proof of service animal or emotional support animal certifications or designations, if we deem them necessary. Thank you!

Do you allow smoking at your properties?

Most of our properties do allow smoking, yes, although a smoking deposit will be required to be paid before check-in, as well. Also, smoking is allowed outside the house ONLY, and guests/tenants should be diligent in picking up their smoking debris/remnants/paraphernalia, etc. when renting a property from us. We reserve the right to keep a portion of the smoking deposit if it's clear that smoking occurred inside a property, or extra time needs to be spent cleaning up smoking debris or trash around the property after a guest/tenant checks out.

Should I purchase travel insurance?

Travel insurance is generally a good option if you feel going through with & finishing your booking may be affected in any way, and may want certain protection from losing any money already paid to us in total trip costs in such a case. Reasons you may need to cancel or delay your arrival to one of our properties includes: you and/or someone else in your group getting sick or developing some type of health issue that hinders travel, flight cancellations or delays. and serious weather events preventing your ability to travel, to name a few. Travel insurance plans can also cover baggage loss & certain issues that may arise during your trip, as well. Some notable companies that provide travel insurance include Allianz (www.allianztravelinsurance.com), Faye (www.withfaye.com), and Trawick International (www.trawickinternational.com), to name a few. Please also note, that with most travel insurance providers, the total booking cost must have already been paid in full & be non-refundable. Lastly, please note we fully adhere to our cancellation policies, and won't waiver from them if asked if you happen to cancel at a time where it appears you are no longer available for a refund. Please consider travel insurance to fully protect yourself from any type of unforeseen circumstances!

After fully completing the booking process & reserving a property, when are check-in instructions & property details sent out to guests?

Any & all check-in instructions & property details will be sent over to your provided email address either the night before, or day of, your check-in date. We send these instructions & details out when we do to maintain the security & privacy of the property as much as possible, and to prevent any possibility of unauthorized early check-ins that may disrupt our personnel, housekeepers, or other active guests that may be at or needing access to the house before your scheduled arrival. Please do keep in mind our posted check-in & check-out times for your specific property. Early check-in requests are handled on a case by case basis. Please respect our decision if we tell you we are unable to accommodate any early check-in request. Thank you!

Before checking out of a property, when are check-out instructions & details sent out to guests?

Check-out details will typically be sent out the evening before your check-out date. If you feel you need them any earlier, please feel free to reach out to us. Please do keep in mind our posted check-out times for your specific property. Late check-out requests are handled on a case by case basis. Please respect our decision if we tell you we are unable to accommodate any late check-out requests. Thank you!

This place has many unexpected thoughtful touches. Great coffee cart💕💕. Nice bathroom remodel, looks like new. The grill in the backyard with the fire table was a nice touch. Big screen smart TVs in every room, including the yard. We stayed there while we attended my daughter's graduation from LMU. Everything we cared about was super convenient. I thought that being so close to the airport, that it might be noisy, but honestly, we barely noticed.
